Looking for Space ship building/Dungeon Core

So I'll start off by saying that I don't really care for books that have fighting as the main focus. I prefer stories were the characters build stuff and explore. A story can have fighting in it but it isn't what I am the most interested in. I love fantasy books and I love when there are also sci-fi elements in the story. I have a hard time with a lot of sci-fi books in general since it seems that they tend to focus around a character joining the army to fight in a galactic war or get a space ship that is being hunted down by aliens.

A few examples of books that I like that I am looking for something similar are: Rebuild the World: Alaska by Justin Marks, Dimensional Dungeon Cores by Johnathan Brooks and World Seed by Justin Miller (This one was a bit rougher for me, can't stand harems and it edged closed to it)

I have tried Blue Star Enterprises but it didn't really scratch that same itch. I also read a little of the Bobiverse.

(Would prefer it to be an audible book so I can listen to it at work)
