Hello!
Hard to describe: I am fascinated by the history and origin of cuisine around the world, and how each country developed it's own unique food cultures, how weather, resources, trade and economy influenced that and how culture spreads and culinary ideas are shared.
It's a big topic, and so it's a history book I am looking for really.
Can anyone recommend me something?
