For the past few years, I’ve had a book that I felt like stood out compared to the others I’ve read. They are:
- A Novel Obsession by Caitlin Barasch (2022)
- Notes on an Execution by Danya Kukafa (2023)
- The Butterfly Garden by Dot Hutchison (2024)
- Every Summer After by Carley Fortune (2025)
I don’t feel like I’ve found The One for 2026. So far this year I’ve read:
- Ask for Andrea
- Guess Again
- Favorite Half Night Stand
- Listen for the Lie
- Dark Matter
- Heartstrings
- Get a life Chloe Brown
- The Golden Couple
- She Didn’t See It Coming
- Just for the Summer
I don’t care for horror, sad books (ex. Kristin Hannah), fantasy, or sci-fi.
I tend to go for mystery/thrillers and romance, but I also enjoy historical fiction (as long as it isn’t sad).
Help me please 🙂
