Suggest me a book post breakup

I, 27F, just ended a 5 year relationship over emotional incompatibility, lack of vulnerability, and lack of expression. Suggest me a book to read.

For fiction, the most gut wrenchingly sensual and romantic book. I’m open to more erotic literature but I’d rather not read just smut.

Poetry of the same variety as the above.

Nonfiction recommendations welcome, though I may not elect them if they’re a bit dry.
