I haven’t read a book in nearly 2 years which sucks because I loved reading growing up. Percy Jackson, Harry Potter. I think the last book I read was lost boy by Christina Henry. I was trying to do Dostoyevsky and master and margarita but I can’t make it past the first chapter. Nothing seems to grab my attention anymore. I’m also in my early 20’s and took a philosophy class called the art and science of human flourishing recently which I really enjoyed

Maybe try something shorter first? I had same problem and started with novellas, then normal books came easier after that break

    2. I think you might enjoy The White Mountains (the first of the Tripod Series by John Christopher). I suggest to not read reviews that reveal what the book is about. Let your mind figure out the world in that book as you go along. It’s dystopian and might have you think about religion too. I loved reading it as a teenager and just listened to the Audible version again and enjoyed it.
