Tired of being hurt by these men. Looking for wish fulfillment love story. Genre doesn't matter, looking for a romance or any genre with a romance plot where the man is absolutely obsessed in love with his partner. Style of story doesn't matter. Fantasy/romantasy preferred, dark romance is good, high-school/teenage setting least preferred. Queer is fine (yes, I keep saying man, that's not set in stone. Absolutely willing to switch sides). Healthy relationship preferred but not necessary. Any spice level is ok.
Quality not necessary. A book is preferred but manga/internet comic is ok. Under the Oak Tree is a guilty little pleasure of mine, hoping for more in the same vein or something that evokes similar butterflies.
Conflict can't include cheating, reemergence of an ex (other than shooing them away quickly), or abandonment. Any situation where MMC moves away or breaks up or does anything else stressful should be resolved quickly. Absolutely no secret family or kid or anything like that.

The Everlasting! Fantasy romance. SO much yearning
Any of T Kingfisher’s romantasy books. If I remember correctly any conflicts mostly come from the circumstances that the characters find themselves in and not really from them doing each other dirty. They all end up having healthy relationships.
