      Remarkably Bright Creatures 🙂

(I’m sorry this happened. You’ve got this. I’ve lost jobs I loved and jobs I hated for similar reasons)

Hey, I just want to pop in and encourage you. When I got diagnosed with bipolar 10 years ago, I really thought I was done for, cooked, would never contribute anything of value to the world again. Not so. A decade on, I’ve been in remission for 5 years, finished my education, and on to my dream job.

This is not the end for you. Even if you truly cannot work, I know you’ll find something meaningful to give your life purpose. Feel free to DM me, I’ve worked in mental health a long time as a peer.

Books: I recommend Dr. Ellen Frank’s work on Interpersonal and Social Rhythm Therapy. It helped me learn about how my bipolar works from a biological level. I think she has a workbook for it.

You might have meant non-bipolar books but that one gave me some mental structure.
