I recently started reading more horror and really enjoyed E.A.Poe. I decided to try out Lovecraft and bought “at the mountains of madness”, however I couldnt even finish it. It felt so plain and boring. Do you have any recommendations where to start with Lovecraft for beginners like myself ?
