I’ve seen a few posts about books that pair well together. I’m looking for TRIOS!!
What are some trios that feel they go well together…grouping through themes, vibes, characters or plots! Especially looking for book trios that build from one another and aren’t the same plot (current issue). Interested if anyone has trios that span different genres!!
Here are some books I’ve read over the last few years that I feel could be grouped!
Pew (Catherine Lacey) – Foster (Claire Keegan) – Stoner (John Williams)
1984 (George Orwell) – Kallocain (Karin Boye) – The Memory Police (Yōko Ogawa)
I Who Have Never Known Men (Jaqueline Harpman) – The Wall (Marlen Haushofer) – Mammoth (Eva Baltasar)
Nightbitch (Rachel Yoder) – Boulder (Eva Baltasar) – Eileen (Ottessa Moshfegh)
The Yellow Wall-Paper (Charlotte Perkins-Gilman) – The Awakening (Kate Chopin) – The Bell Jar (Sylvia Plath)
What are your recs??!!
