Books on knitting and crocheting history

Hi all! I'm looking for books that explore the history of knitting and crocheting. No books that explain the craft (I already have some of those), but books to learn more about how those crafts have evolved and their place in the society of the time. I'm happy with anything that spans from history, to anthropology and sociology. Thank you all in advance!
