I’d like to expand my knowledge and learn about my friend’s culture.
I wish to read stories that are rich in culture and the beauty of Kurdistan. Stories about family, friends and especially lovers.
Perhaps there are writers who make their sentences poetic, lyrical and full of imagery. I would love to read books that are written in that way.
I do not wish to read about politics or the many inhumane things that have happened to the Kurds.
So if you have any recommendations , please let me know.
I don’t really mind which genre the books fit in.
