Hi everyone,
I’m looking for book recommendations similar to Blood Meridian — something dark, brutal, and focused on a journey through a dangerous, unforgiving landscape.
I’m especially interested in stories where a group of people travels from one place to another, facing constant threats along the way. It would be great if the journey feels harsh and realistic — where some characters die, some get left behind, and only a few might actually make it to the end.
It doesn’t have to be a western — fantasy, historical, or even post-apocalyptic settings are all welcome, as long as it has that same grim tone and sense of survival.
