Looking for novels like The Lamb by Lucy Rose. I love the growing up in the woods, resilient protagonist. I love most books with the forest as a character or setting. I generally prefer books that centre around women, but not necessary.

I’m reading “It Lasts Forever And Then It’s All Over” and it’s *so* fucking weird. It’s written through the lens of an undead woman amongst other undead people, the social impacts of being undead, the inconvenience of decomposing while life goes on…an allegory on grief. such a strange book but enjoyable so far, I’d recommend if you’re looking for “weird girl” content
