Recommendations for a book for a survivor with C-PTSD (details in body)

Hi I'm in my thirties and just had a family intervention. Turns out my father is a textbook sociopath who abandoned his kids with an abusive and alcoholic mother who gaslit and neglected us for 25+ years. Any takers?? I need help.
