Looking for a really good crime/mystery/thriller book recommendation.
I’m after something newer/current, ideally from the last few years. Not really interested in old classics or Sherlock Holmes/Agatha Christie style detective stuff.
I like darker mysteries, psychological thrillers, twisty plots, missing persons, murder investigations etc. Open to anything that genuinely hooked you and kept you thinking.
Would prefer standalone books, not long series.
