I used to be really into reading a lot of romantasy books, but lately I just can't get into them. Either I feel like the plot sounds all the same or I just don't care for the book in general. I have read thrillers on and off as well. I am asking for recommendations in other genres that people think are great books. I would like to open my horizons. TIA!

if you are under 16 then forget about this but if not i suggest you to try murakami out had same problem like yours not romfantasy but fantasy in general and that switch kind of help a lot my personal fav are 1Q84 or for first murakami book kafka on the shore this is perfect
