I am building a home library slowly but surely and while it’s mostly for me (a romance and mystery lover), my husband reads also (fantasy, philosophy, self help).
I also want to start collecting books our children may love growing up at various ages – think Harry Potter, Miss Peregrines, Kite Runner, Boxcar Children, etc.
I am open for all suggestions as I’d love to grow my own literary knowledge and expand my book interests, but since that’s kind of vague my specific question is this:
What book(s), at any age, made you fall in love with reading and would you absolutely recommend to have in a home library?
Basically— give me any and all book suggestions.
