Hiya! I am a 23 year old lad who has joined my dad’s book club. I am the youngest one there as it is largely made up of my dad’s buddies who are in their late 50s.
It is my turn to pick a book for us to read and I am a little unsure of what to pick. They don’t necessarily have to LIKE the book (though that certainly helps!), it just needs to be fun to discuss. Here are some helpful hints:
1. The last two books we did were The *Midnight Library* by Matt Haig and *Foe* by Iain Reid. They quite enjoyed the former but disliked the latter.
2. They enjoy crime novels. My dad in particular LOVES Agatha Christie.
I’d also like to know what books your book club enjoyed reading.
Many thanks to any suggestions!
