Ender’s Game
Ringworld
Rendezvous with Rama
The Mote in God’s Eye
The Queen of the Tearling by Erika Johansen – book 1 of 3
Something perhaps a little different for you: Sublimation by Isabel J. Kim. It comes out in early June. Sci-fi a bit in the vein of the Apple show Severence, if you know it.
I had the pleasure of reading an advance copy.
For series’ that are already out though:
– Asimov’s Foundation is a sci-fi all-timer for good reason.
– Jemison’s Broken Earth series. Ive only read the first book, but it blew my pants off and I just keep forgetting to pick up the other books in the series. This leans more fantasy, but it feels like a low-tech dystopia sci-fi.
The Parable series – Octavia E. Butler
Monk & Robot – Becky Chambers
The Murderbot Diaries – Martha Wells
Anything by China Meiville
Dungeon Crawler Carl
