I absolutely adored this book, which is unexpected because I usually don't reach out for collection of stories. I preferred to ignore the nonfiction tag, because I prefer reading fiction only.
Something about this book is really special.
I love the black humour, the dry humour, the writing style, the vignettes. The surreal-yet-grounded premise. The deadpan tone.
I really like reading about human behaviour.
I'm not a big fan though of romance and fantasy fiction and I'd prefer avoiding books that were published a while ago if possible (trying to focus on the contemporary stuff).
Do you have any idea what I could be reading next?
