Those who are finished, what are you working on now?? I’ve never read anything remotely like DCC and I was quite shocked at how addicted I was to this series. Needless to say, I read the latest book already and now I’m looking for something with similar fast paced reading.

My experience is that trying to chase the high of DCC only leads to disappointment. I’ve found a nice palate cleanser works as a bridge to other great, but different from DCC, books. Murderbot works nicely for this.
Terry Pratchetts Discworld books. Satirical fantasy. Social commentary and justified rage hidden behind funny stories, puns and awesome characters. Guard, Guards is a good starting point.
If you don’t mind adolescent humor, the Caverns and Creatures novels by Robert Bevan are very funny.
The audiobooks are particularly good.
