Looking for self-help books on radical acceptance/chronic health issues management/ anxiety/ the meaning of life
Hello,
Any of these topics will do.
I almost died last Sunday (again, 3rd or 4th time this year, stopped counting) and have stressful medical exams coming up.
Any subgenre of non fiction okay.
Absolutely no fiction please
Mindfulness in general might be a good direction to look for some of that. Naturally, it won’t help with the actual health issues, but it can help with the anxiety and stress side of things. I followed a program from a book called *Mindfulness: Finding Peace in a Frantic World* (companion website [here](https://franticworld.com/)) that I thought was a good one.
