meaningful book to fill out for my boyfriend

could i please get some suggestions on any fill in the blank books like prompts for my boyfriend. he is more than likely going to have to go back to India and if he leaves, he already told me he’s not coming back. and all the books im looking at have so much stuff ab the future. which i am fine w one or two prompts ab that, i will put i want him to come back to america but if he doesn’t then i want him to have a beautiful wonderful life filled w joy and family and just everything he wants but i dont want a bunch of future prompts bc we may not even have a future and I dont even know what else to put on that shit besides that^ like there may be no future for us so there’s nothing else for me to put. pls any suggestions would be amazing. he is the most amazing man i have met in my entire life and i just want him to know how much he has absolutely changed my whole life/outlook on life. how much i appreciate everything he’s done for me. how kind and patient and understanding he is, i really have never met anybody else like him. whoever he ends up with is a very lucky lucky girl, it’s unfortunate they’re changing the way immigration will work in america but it is what it is, i want to love and enjoy him while i can and i just feel one of those kind of books would be extremely meaningful and something he can keep to cherish these amazing memories.
