Theory fiction is a really weird, niece genre where the author tries to communicate a message by (mis)using scientific terminology in a literary format. The point isn't so much to understand each sentence, the minutia is there to strain your brain and flow well, but to make you think in a certain dimension. It always feels like roots are growing out of my mind while reading these poetic passages, and sometimes some parts are coherent enough for my brain roots to find smt to quench themselves. A good theory fiction is artsy, surrealist and seems as if it connects but breaks you brain a little as you try, with you only finding success sometimes. Any recs? Generally these things are artsy, political and range from manifesto to a mathematicians schizo ramblings
examples I read are:
The Xenofeminist Manifesto
CCRU collected writings (CCRU standing for Cybernetic Culture Research Unit)
To live and think like Pigs
