I dont really do much reading to be honest, but a friend of mine gave me a book a while ago and we just had our baby, so i had time in the hospital to read a little. Now it woke an appetite I didnt know i had, or maybe its just im sick of all the negative things on social media and the news so, long story short.
I want to keep awake when i need to watch baby and i was thinking an easy to read horror book that will keep me wanting more till its done, but that will actually scare me.

Give “The Hallow Places” by T. Kingfisher, a shot. It’s a fun easy read horror story about a woman who discovers an extra dimensional portal in her uncle’s curiosity museum, and realizes it’s more horror than Narnia.
