I dont really do much reading to be honest, but a friend of mine gave me a book a while ago and we just had our baby, so i had time in the hospital to read a little. Now it woke an appetite I didnt know i had, or maybe its just im sick of all the negative things on social media and the news so, long story short.
I want to keep awake when i need to watch baby and i was thinking an easy to read horror book that will keep me wanting more till its done, but that will actually scare me.

    1. Give “The Hallow Places” by T. Kingfisher, a shot. It’s a fun easy read horror story about a woman who discovers an extra dimensional portal in her uncle’s curiosity museum, and realizes it’s more horror than Narnia.
