I would like to find good books to give to a Female, late 20’s, who has just settled into her first career opportunity. Something to help with how to develop yourself, build a network, and when to assert yourself.
She has a good, entry level job, at a small business where the owners seem invested in helping her grow. It seems like a good opportunity but I think she needs to learn some of those soft skills /Eq. She’s a bit introverted and takes things as they come.
