This is a bit of a side piece to my other post. Can a Prince of the Iron Throne raise an army? do they outrank Lords and Ladies?
Like if Prince Tommen or Prince Joffrey ordered someone like Littlefinger, Varys or like The Hound to do something, would those people have to listen? Like I want to know where exactly the Prince/Princesses rank and how much power they can wield

I understand that “power resides where men believe it to” but for this particular post I’m speaking on their technical or rather “on paper” ranks.
