Hey, any recommendations for books on successfully finding and having fulfilling romantic relationships?
Definitely help if the books have anything helpful for people who have endured one sided toxic relationships with people who have no desire to communicate or have a healthy dynamic. Extra points if it can really breakdown how to avoid those situations without enduring unnecessary pain
Even more points if it’s from more of a grounded, real perspective. More practical advice or steps that I can take every day, as opposed to lofty vague ideas of manifestation and laws of attraction, or shallow descriptions of self-love.
I really want to get deep into this , as if I were a scientist trying to figure out a strange anomaly.

John Gottman’s work? *The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work*?
GL Lambert books!
“Attached” was a great book to understand why I and my partners have acted certain ways in relationships and helped me develop a more healthy attachment style. If you are looking to improve your behavior in relationship and find others with healthy attachment styles, I would definitely recommend this book. https://www.amazon.com/Attached-Anxious-Avoidant-science-attachment/dp/1529032172/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?adgrpid=54179804057&hvadid=580770678663&hvdev=m&hvlocphy=9033356&hvnetw=g&hvqmt=e&hvrand=2061418507077809051&hvtargid=kwd-301585783383&hydadcr=15181_13523072&keywords=attached+book&qid=1695854009&sr=8-3
