As far as the genre, it doesn’t need to be all three lol. I just find most of my favorites from those three genres. The books I have really enjoyed for these reasons:

– Vera Wong’s Unsolicited Guide for Murderers
– The Thursday Murder Club
– The Scholomance series
– Everyone in My family Has Killed Someone
