Hi, I’ve been loosing my mind trying to remember which book this specific scene is from because I can see it so clearly in my head, but have no clue where it’s from.
It starts in a hotel or motel lobby and the main character is a female escort? I just remember reading about her planning to meet up with a client there, but instead the main love interest finds her there and her plan to meet up with her client is interrupted. She ends up going to the room with the main love interests and they sleep together and she thinks about how normal her life could be with him if she wasn’t an escort.
I think the premise of the book was about her being in unfortunate circumstance if leading up to her having to turn to that work.
For all I know this could be from a show but I feel like I so clearly see it in my head, but remember reading it. It’s killing me please help if anyone knows where this could be from.
Edit: maybe i hallucinated this whole thing, but if I did I should write a book on it cause it was good… wait maybe she wasn’t an escort…. I have no clue anymore
