Hey folks,
I’m trying to start planning out a novel I would like to write, but part of the story is going to involve a journalist and their companions picking up the scent of a massive network of top-secret scientific experiments that are being kept as hidden as possible. I’m trying to plan this out, but the trouble is, I’ve never arranged a massive network of top-secret scientific experiments and tried to keep anyone from finding out about them before!
So, I’m looking for recommendations of books wherein someone (maybe a journalist, maybe a detective, maybe something totally different) uncovers a vast network of hidden conspiracies of this sort. I lean slightly toward sci-fi for this, but only slightly; I’m interested in anything you’ve got! It would be nice if the recommended book was *good*, too! 🙂
