I’m trying to be 1% better every day so I started taking up reading as a hobby. I’m currently reading books I read when I was in highschool that I never finished the series of but when I’m done, I wanna read self-help books.
Context-wise, I just went through a break up and before we broke up, we took an attachment quiz and I found out she was a fearful avoidant and I was anxious attachment. She broke up with me but it’s whatever.
Anyway, if you guys can please recommend me the best anxious attachment to secure attachment book you’ve read, that would be very much appreciated.
