Hope the title didn’t come off as offensive TvT. Anyway, seen a few blurbs of poc romance books and they are so Americanised. It makes sense really, afterall author or the mc is residing in America . But they follow the American culture!!! Their idea of dates ( like being more sexually confident), romance, family life are different than the actual country they belong to.
I have no benchmark , but I think I’ll like Asian, especially Chinese books with adult characters (but no smut please!!!). Can be any culture really, heck I’m down bad enough to Google translate it if it hasn’t gotten an official translation.All genres are open.
