I am way too quiet mouthed and shy, need a book to help me with that

I am in college and hardly have friends, in class today I was just sitting and talking to no one and realised how fucked my social skills are. I just never know what to say when, how to convert an introduction to friendship etc etc. Need a book that helps, not in a philososiphical or theoretical kind of way I’m looking more like a step by step practical book, if that makes sense?
