I recently travelled from England to the Netherlands to see ‘The Goldfinch’ painting in person, and once made a lengthy detour in Paris to check out George Orwell’s abode from ‘Down and Out’ and was curious if others had made an elaborate venture to see a location inspired by or linked to a book?
Or even travelled/went to great lengths in order to get your hands on a specific edition of a book?
