Is there any piece of fiction writing that has language’s grammar as its theme or that gives it a notable place in the text? Borges could have had something, but I’m still searching. by nosleepallowed Related: Suggest me a Halloween book. BumfuzzledMink on January 23, 2024 6:15 pm Maybe The Raw Shark Texts by Steven Hall? Although I think it’s more about language represented in different media than grammar itself. Or maybe Unlanguage by Michael Cisco. Or Ted Chiang’s “The Story of your Life”. It’s the novella on which the movie Arrival is based on, so it’s all about learning an alien language
