Sarah J Maas has a new novel coming out on Jan 30th. (House of Flame and Shadow)
I’ve seen multiple people find her upcoming book in stores- very early.
And I just saw someone else say that retailers get “hefty fines” for releasing early books early? Is that true?
Especially since I’ve been seeing booksellers say that their store had to sign waivers that banned them from releasing early.
Some people found Rebecca Yarros’ past books early too.
Overall, the people who find them are lucky but I just wish people couldn’t find them early at all. Bc they always try to spoil for everyone else. I hope retailers get fined.
