SPOILERS FOR THE END OF ‘ONE DAY’
I read One Day in, ironically, one day because I got so hooked and fell in love with the characters and their journeys. I think the progression of the story year on year was a big draw for me. The ending, the sudden death of Emma just when the two of them were about to buy their own place together, absolutely left me staring at a wall grieving. A feeling I morbidly enjoyed.
So! Do you have any romance book recommendations?
Preferably in a modern-setting, built around two characters growing organically, and potentially ending in tragedy but I’d be just as glad with a happily ever after.
