They don’t need to be “How To’s”. Just a book that has a perspective on having intense anger and being in a really dark/toxic place because of it. Due to certain circumstances in my life, my anger has grown extremely since last year, far beyond the capacity of my self control and patience. It’s very alarming to me, and therapy is not an available option at all.
I want my reason and sensibilites to grow and equalize with my anger. Please suggest any book that would help, fiction or non fiction. Thank you in advance
