Honestly I think fiction is the way or biographies. Any book where characters or ppl go through things but keep their philosophy, spirit and mind can ingrain some of that into you. Self help books are generally a waste of time, you already know most of the ‘knowledge’ making it a part of you and using it is the wisdom. Beneath a Scarlet Sky is a great book anyways and the main character is tough and young, so you can see how he deals with toughness, being unsure and doing it anyways. King Rat shows a lot of different aspects of human resolve and sometimes how ppl are built for different situations. Biographies there are so many pick anyone that interests you, that had it rough or was just a pioneer of spirit etc
