Looking for a short, stand-alone book to read between long series!

I love fantasy. I have read all of Sarah j. Mass and just finished the first Mistborn novel. Crescent City 3 comes out on Wednesday, so I need something to read until it comes out!!! so like 3 days!!!!!!! I don’t want to start the next mistborn until I finish CC3!
