I absolutely loved this book. What a twist. I’m surely a sucker for twists, and this one totally got me. I’ve read, say half of Guy Gavriel Kay. The Lions of Al-Rassan several times. I experienced this as an audiobook, and it really got to me. Narrated by Simon Vance. I’m going to sit here and feel for a bit.

I just finished The Lions of Al-Rassan and I was blown away. That was my first Guy Gavriel Kay book so I will definitely read more.
