The Orestia! I’d recommend Anne Carson’s translations, she keeps the spirit of the original language while making sure the jokes land. She has several other translations of classic Greek plays (Grief Lessons, The Bacchae) that are also great.

The Aeneid. It is *the* epic poem in Latin, if you had to choose just one.

Eneida, Pharsalia, Thebaida and Posthomericas. One could say Divina Comedia by Dante and Faust by Goethe continue the epic tradition.
*I read those in Spanish so I’m not sure they have the same titles in English.
