    Hey everyone,

I’ve recently finished reading “Fight Club” by Chuck Palahniuk, “Less Than Zero” by Bret Easton Ellis, and “Catcher in the Rye” by J.D. Salinger, and I absolutely loved the gritty and introspective tones of these novels. I’m now on the hunt for something similar to dive into next.

I’m particularly drawn to stories with complex, flawed protagonists, exploring themes such as disillusionment, alienation, and self-discovery. I enjoy narratives that delve into the darker aspects of human nature and society, with a touch of cynicism and irony.

If you have any recommendations for books that capture the essence of these novels or authors, I’d greatly appreciate it! Whether it’s contemporary literature or classics, I’m open to exploring new authors and genres.

    Looking forward to your suggestions!

    Thanks in advance!

    1. The Contortionist’s Handbook by Craig Clevenger

A little further from those, but something you might enjoy is The Factory series by Derek Raymond starting with He Died With His Eyes Open.
