Would love your recommendations for smart, but not too heavy books. Books like The Idiot by Elif Batuman and Less by Andrew Sean Greer. Books that make you think, but don’t dwell too much on difficult topics. Newish mom who needs lighter reading but still wants to use her brain.

I really enjoy Kelly Link’s short story collections and Elizabeth Strout’s Olive Kitteridge and Lucy Barton books.
