Non-fiction that reads like a thriller?

I’m looking for some non-fiction to mix in with my usual novels and would love some exciting options. I read Bad Blood about Elizabeth Holmes and Theranos and LOVED it, also read a lot of true crime but wanting a break from that genre. Basically I want recommendations for non-fiction that will teach me something while also being page turners that I can’t put down. Gimme your best!
