The best (and most famous) example I can think of is *The Silence of the Lambs* by Thomas Harris. We not only learn about Jame Gumb by the middle of the book, but we even get chapters from his POV that give us more insight into his motives and character – and yet in spite of this early reveal, it’s still a suspenseful read because we’re waiting for Clarice to learn what we as the reader already know.
So yeah, I’m looking for something along those lines. Thank you in advance!

“Little Ghosts” by Gregg Dunnett. About a child abduction and murder. The storyline has a few minor “flaws” but the story component where the murdered girl’s spirit visits her little brother to help him cope and discover the killer makes up for these shortcomings.
Malibu Burning by Lee Goldberg
