I am desperately trying to find a chapter book that I was obsessed with in the 2010s. It is meant for preteens and had little doodles through out it. All I can remember about it is that it was about a girl who wasn’t super popular and was always jealous of this blonde girl with perfect hair named Angelica. I believe she thought they were enemies.
The book may have been blue, but I don’t recall.
