If I had to pick just ONE, it would probably be Peak Performance: Elevate Your Game, Avoid Burnout, and Thrive with the New Science of Success by Brad Stulberg and Steve Magness. Really anything those guys write about is well documented in actual science and coaching. I might also recommend the Huberman Lab or Rich Roll podcasts if you’re into that sort of thing.
