I’m a really bad empath and such the emotions from my surroundings onto myself. For example theirs a death in the family at the moment and with everybody being upset I suck up the emotions and theirs like 6 people in the room and I’m sucking up the emotion of the sadness from these 6 people and it’s overwhelming I do it with other things as well. I was wondering if anybody has any books to help with being such a strong empath?
